This Program encompasses instructional coaching, mentoring, and teacher collaboration as effective means for professional development for professionals in the field of education.
Much of the available research on professional development involves each individual professional’s perception of his or her own achievements and goals yet to be achieved. Variables are the review facility or classroom, teacher or instructor, the professional’s level related to the level of learning, work and community involvement, instructional strategies, classroom management, curriculum design, his or her background knowledge, and motivation.
